International Yoga Day

Yoga helps one to reconnect with oneself. It can help to uncover why and how one's illness may have started, and can work with the body to start the recovery period from ground up. The yogic practices help to see how they may be reacting to the world around them and may help them to respond them in a different perspective to life challenges.

Our Vidyalaya celebrated the third International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. Three other schools along with their escort teachers' and our students participated the yoga sessions this year.
Total number of participants are 200(approx).
